A rich breakfast, with selected local products, will fill you with vitality and strength for the exciting day ahead!
Hiking in the river
The people of Trekking Hellas will be waiting for you at the Aristi Bridge, where you will start an unforgettable hiking route, in the flow of the waters of the Voidomatis River, in the heart of the gorge of the same name. The destination is the historic stone Bridge of Kato Kleidonia, built in 1853. It is an easy route, with small elevation differences, that even children from 8 years old can do it. The distance is 5 km and requires about 2.5 to 3 hours of gentle walking. The landscape that unfolds is unique in its wealth of unspoiled nature! Plane trees, willows and oaks shade the walkers, the blue-green waters of the river accompany them with their song. Halfway along the route, you will visit the abandoned monastery of Agioi Anargyroi, built in 1658, to admire the Catholic part of the Church, where paintings are preserved.
Kleidonia Bridge
A big surprise awaits you as soon as you cross the Kleidonia bridge!
The Chef and the team of “Salvia Restaurant” of Aristi Mountain Resort & Villas will set a table in nature, an authentic picnic! Traditional dishes with local products and local recipes as well as the excellent ‘tsipouro’ of the region will lift the palates and moods!
In the late afternoon, you will be transferred back to Aristi Mountain Resort & Villas, where you can relax in the SPA, in the indoor heated pool with the unlimited view! Indulge yourself in the hot tub, sauna and hammam or enjoy a massage.
In the evening, you can enjoy your coffee or drink in the hotel's wonderful lounge with fireplace, or explore the rest of the unique flavors of Epirus at Salvia Restaurant.
