Unser Ziel
Als die Entscheidung gefällt wurde, diese Hotelanlage zu realisieren, war uns allen bewusst, dass die Umweltfaktoren und der Umweltschutz, sowohl während der Konstruktionsphase, als auch während des Betriebes, eine exponierte Stellung einnehmen. Wir haben uns von vorn herein und stets bemüht, die Umweltbelastung so gering wie möglich zu halten.

Konstruktion
Unser Bemühen war es, das Hotel harmonisch in die umliegende Landschaft einzufügen. Das Gefälle des Grundstückes erlaubte eine amphitheatralische Platzierung und Konstruktion der einzelnen Gebäude. Somit wurde eine mögliche optische Belastung, sowie eine Störung der Umwelt auf ein Minimum reduziert.

Das Hotel führt dir mit ISO 14001 genormte Umweltschutzpolitik.

National Geographic’s new multiyear initiative, “Planet or Plastic?”, launched in May 2018, aimed at raising awareness on the pressing problem of single-use plastic in the world’s oceans, is our commitment. Members of National Geographic Unique Lodges of the World’s family are participating in this effort to tackle this global issue by committing in eliminating all single-use plastic water bottles and plastic straws on property and guest excursions by June 1, 2019. Our commitment in this initiative to eliminate our reliance on single-use plastic, represents an important addition in the National Geographic Unique Lodges of the World demonstration of leadership in sustainable tourism best practices.

Aristi Mountain Resort & Villas will actively work to eliminate all single-use plastic water bottles and plastic straws on property and guest excursions by June 1, 2019. Aristi Mountain Resort & Villas will also make every effort to reduce or eliminate plastic amenities on property, including plastic wrap for soaps, shampoos and other similar single-use plastic guest amenity items.

Aristi Mountain Resort & Villas will also make every effort to educate guests and work with third-party suppliers of outsourced guest activities and experiences so that they adhere to the same commitment of elimination of single plastic water bottles for any guest excursion.

Note: It is understood that a lodge may need to maintain a small number of plastic water bottles on property that will only be made available if guests insist upon having plastic bottled water.
