RAFTING IN THE RIVER ARACHTHOS

After receiving the appropriate equipment you are only 45 minutes away from the starting point of our descent to the river. After putting on rafting clothes, you will get a briefing aimed at a safe descent. Then groups of seven people will be created and the journey will begin. Arachthos is one of the most interesting rivers in Greece for rafting. It offers simple tracks for beginners and young children; while at the same time it provides even the most demanding rafters with exhilarating, difficult routes, lasting four hours. At the end of the descent and after passing the Klifkis waterfall and a beautiful canyon with depths greater than 600 meters, you will reach the historic bridge of Plaka. The excursion will end with a visit to the bridge of Plaka, the largest arch bridge in the Balkans.
