-The Experience in a nutshell-
This trip is a unique experience and an exploration of culinary tradition of Zagori and Epirus in general. You will
have the opportunity to dine in five different restaurants and tavernas including a visit to a local winery for
wine tasting. A trip through flavors, that will have cook alongside local chefs with fresh and organic ingredients.

- Day 1 -
Arrival at Aristi Mountain Resort, Zagori

Upon arrival at the hotel you will be greeted by our friendly staff and enjoy
a welcome drink. The location is ideal to relax and catch your breath after
a long day’s trip. You may also enjoy the use of the hotel spa and finally
dine at Salvia our Hotel’s awarded restaurant with it’s breathtaking views.

Meals: Lunch or Dinner at Hotel’s awarded “Salvia” Restaurant
Optional activities: Spa Therapies / Small walks around the village


- Day 2 -
Guided Day Tour in Zagori
duration 6 hours

After early breakfast, we will embark on a private tour of Zagori with
our mini buses. During our tour we will visit the most interesting sights
of Zagori, the bridges, Kipi village, Oxya vista point, Monodendri and Ag.
Paraskevi Monastery, Dilofo village, and Papigo area. We learn the history
of the area through a guided tour with small walks. Along the way will
enjoy lunch in pic nic style.

- Day 3 -
Visit to winery / Visit to Papigo
Cooking class

After breakfast at the hotel, we visit Glinavos winery for wine testing.
Afterward we will visit Papigo village where a cooking class will be held
and alongside a local chef will have the opportunity to cook a traditional
recipe with local organic ingredients. Following the cooking class we will
taste our own creation and will be treated to a dinner of local delicacies.
The rest of the day is free so you can relax and explore Aristi.

- Day 4 -

Transfer from the hotel to Ioannina Airport
