GASTRONOMY

Our stay at Aristi was memorable. The area is stunningly beautiful and the views of the Towers from our suite incredible!! After our breakfasts in the morning - what a fabulous varied selection you have to choose from, we went out and about to our chosen day's activity. The facilities at the Hotel are second to none - indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, massage which were most relaxing after a days walking. We found the food selection in the Salvia Restaurant very good using local produce. The meals we had were tasty and presented very well. The staff were knowledgeable about the food and were able to explain in depth the menus.

THE CULINARY TRADITION OF EPIRUS

SALVIA RESTAURANT

In our restaurant Salvia, awarded four times with 1 star in the category of "Contemporary Greek Cuisine" at the FNL Best Restaurant Awards 2019, 2020, 2022 and 2023, emphasis is laid on local products, which form the basis of all our recipes, joining tradition with innovation to create dishes and flavors that excite the senses.
